D-Bug Head Lice Removal Lotion

Apply liberally to scalp and hair, cover with a shower cap and leave at least 20 minutes. Comb hair through with metal nit comb. Wash hair as usual. Repeat after 7 days if necessary. If you find the mixture too thick, warm the bottle gently to melt the coconut oil.
